Responsible for all aspects of development, planning and construction of ten major shopping center projects in Michigan and across the country.

Secured the contract to expand the Midwest’s most luxurious shopping center located in suburban Detroit. Managed complex logistics and critical development/ construction schedule, completing on time and under budget.

Marina Del-ray Shopping Center           $125,000,000            Marina Del-ray, CA
A mixed-use office, residential and retail developments located in the center of one of California’s most picturesque areas.

Tallahassee Mall Expansion                    $38,500,000              Tallahassee, Fl
Renovated the existing 1970 Mall and added an expansion doubling its size

Livonia Mall Multiple Expansions          $27,800,000              Livonia, MI

Provided leadership and direction for thirty-five (35) individual projects, serving as the head of the Development Team and as the General Contractor/Construction Manager. Soaring Eagle Hotel & Casino                 $340,000,000            Mt Pleasant, MI                                   Project Executive responsible for working with the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Council, respective architects and engineers, and for coordinating all aspects of communicating plans for the project for the local community.

® Harbor Town Center                               $180,000,000              Detroit, Ml 

Served as the lead Development Consultant for this high-end residential/ commercial project on the Detroit River.

OFFICE, COMMERCIAL & MEDICAL

Successfully completed thirty-four (34) office projects across the United States, including the following:

Twin Office Towers                                                                        Warren, MI
Detroit-based Corporation in partnership with a South African Conglomerate built a 400, 000 square foot structure completed in 12 months for the State of Michigan and the US Tank Division.

Kelly Service World Headquarters       $45,750,000                Troy, MI
As Developer, obtained funding from Mellon Bank, constructed and managed the property and eventually sold the building to Kelly Services.

Nashville Sports Arena                          $180,000,000               Nashville, TN  
Negotiated a contract and constructed the 22,000 seat sports arena.
